      There are some great people here that feel stuck

      Bad decision every day, they play the blame game, they beat you up one day and love you the next. It is a hostile work environment

      Benefits are good 401K decent PTO

      Cons

      poor management turn over rate is insane working 12-14 hour days even longer issues with trucks always breaking down no care for safety of drivers and risking their lives no proper communication too many violations - get seriously hurt and sue your life is not worth it
