      Good pay but that's where it ends

      Cons

      No set start time, prepare to work your butt off, it's really up to you see if it's worth the money but with the amount of hours you put in it's average pay 21, 23 an hour. equipment needs alot of work Trucks, dollies, ramps.

      Benefits are good 401K decent PTO

      Cons

      poor management turn over rate is insane working 12-14 hour days even longer issues with trucks always breaking down no care for safety of drivers and risking their lives no proper communication too many violations - get seriously hurt and sue your life is not worth it
