The drivers under my watch are good guys. No micro management. Work Alone.
Cons
Given task that are not that of a dispatcher. Work Alone Some nights can get overwhelming if the drivers have a lot going on. You miss out on a lot of work actives The Schedule/Time you Work. Management is not so understanding You don't have much time to spend with family Facility communication is horrible. Almost impossible to call of if sick or need to take a day
