      Pros

      Performance is a large, stable company with solid practices. The people working here know their stuff, and the people coming in are given the tools they need to succeed.

      Cons

      Promotional track is convoluted. General consensus is to relocate to advance, which isn't possible for everyone. This ideology makes internal, local promotion more difficult, because those who can relocate for promotions are.

      Benefits are good 401K decent PTO

      Cons

      poor management turn over rate is insane working 12-14 hour days even longer issues with trucks always breaking down no care for safety of drivers and risking their lives no proper communication too many violations - get seriously hurt and sue your life is not worth it
