Difficult hours - Order Selector Performance Food Group Employee Review

Pros

Ok place to work if you’re in your 20s to early 30s and into fast paced backbreaking labor in a congested warehouse. Beyond being understaffed and not giving “trainees”/new hires adequate training, (on mainly stacking) they also give new hires little time to learn. The pay can be decent for mid performance workers and even highly lucrative for those in the top few percent. The vast majority of new hire selectors either aren’t afforded enough quality training or time and are therefore terminated and quickly replaced due to performance, or they simply seek employment elsewhere. They gave me 6 weeks (30 work days) to achieve and maintain 70%. 🤷🏽‍♂️

Cons

Starting pay, hours and labor and warehouse conditions
