Poor management and bad equipment - Cdl A Driver Performance Food Group Employee Review

I worked at PFG, and the experience was frustrating. Management is disorganized, communication is poor, and they don’t seem to care about the employees. Dispatch constantly changes routes last minute, making it difficult to plan your day. The trailers are in terrible condition—badly loaded, damaged, and unreliable, which makes the job much harder than it needs to be. The pay might seem decent, but it’s not worth the stress and constant headaches. If management actually listened to drivers and fixed equipment issues, this job could be much better. Until then, I wouldn’t recommend it.
