Pros
Plenty of Overtime as an unofficial requirement.
Cons
Plenty of Cons. It's a meat grinder. They want employees who keep their head down and work without commitments outside of work. If you can work 60 + hours a week this is the place for you. My skill-set was completely overlooked as no one could recognize it even after I made it perfectly clear to the interviewer that I was NOT a PM technician. All I did for a month and half is change filters and belts and they didn't like it when I would notify them I was done for the week or the day. They said I should ask to go home; not tell them. I got let go for not being willing to work the "Mandatory" 10 hour days. I'm a professional, not a child. After 42-44 hours of maintenance's it's fair to allow an overqualified guy to go home with nothing critical in the hopper.
