      I truly enjoy working with my team and respect our president

      Cons

      Internal teams are difficult to work with, no one remains accountable and all pass the buck and claim they are at capacity. It's difficult to make progress unfortunately without being the one to take on additional work burden.

      Great PTO (27 days of PTO and floating holidays a year) and 15% yearly bonus

      Cons

      Poor maternity leave (only pays 100% for 4 weeks then pay drops to 60% for the remaining 6 weeks). Very small chance of growth
