Pros

10 years ago it was a family company that seemed to take care of employees

Cons

4 CEO's in 5 years, poor management. Hired many new VP's and fired all the hard workers. Hire many international employees so they can pay them less than US citizens. Forced everyone to take PTO so when they fired you, they didnt have to pay you for your vacation time.

Pros

Flexible work schedule with a good work-life balance. Plenty of PTO, decent 401(k) match and average health insurance

Cons

Everything else. Base pay is not enough to survive on, commissions were adjusted every year I worked there and bonuses were eliminated. I made the same amount of money year 1 and year 4 while I made the company 5x as much.
