      I've worked at Perimeterwatch for a few years now and enjoy my work. I can honestly say this company evolves for the better each year. One quote from a colleague, " i've learned more in the last 6 months here than the last 2 years at my last company." Engineers have access to a wide variety of technologies. They have a great team culture. Engineers always have support from colleagues or even the bosses when needed. A few of the perks: Casual dress code, free lunch and snacks in the office, free training and labs in several platforms. A great place for engineers of all experience levels to grow and to be heard.

      Tons of opportunity to learn and expand on your IT skills Team full of engineers willing to help with issues Training tools are accessible to the entire team Room for growth and ways to work from the bottom of the ladder to the top within reasonable time

      Cons

      - Inconvenient office location, small office. - Have to wear full business suite and tie even when you run cables. - Absolutely no life/work balance. - No respect for employees. - Micromanagement. - No benefits except expensive medical for you only. - No training. Bottom line: Stay as far away as possible. They promise a lot during the interview but don't deliver any of it. No matter what your rate is, with the amount of worked hours, it will be below the minimal wage.
