      At a core level everything is so profit driven, often to the expense of employee wellbeing. It's about getting as many people out on the hill and in lessons as possible and hope the staff can cope.

      So incredibly clicky, fit in or get lost attitude. God forbid you get sick, call in sick and enjoy punishment. Bully management. If you loved high school drama definitely work here. Low pay.
