Very much expertise in company, surrounded by top industry people. When I came to Canada I didn’t know what to expect, thankful I met Harold and his team. They pay me more than all other offers I receive, sent me on training courses and to conferences. I had to leave to go back to Homeland, I hope I can come back in future.

Not enough templates so I had to create much more documentation than I like. I did help me with English so trade off is good.

Met with a few former colleagues and remembered the ski trips and fun events. I’ve been in two companies since Peritas Solutions and I literally now feel like just a number. Miss the culture of Peritas Solutions!

Management is light and while that does allow freedom, many people need guidance all the time and I would hear grumblings about a lack of red tape.
