Pros
o Culture: Wonderful company culture focused on inclusivity, diversity, connectivity and general wellbeing of the entire workforce. o Events: Similarly, TravelPerk hosts the most amazing company events from Summer and Christmas parties to Sales Kick Offs and quarterly/bi-annual departmental events. o Career opportunities: Managers are very supportive in terms of career moves within the company. If you have an interest in another area and want to try it out, they encourage you to apply for internal positions. The point is not just to climb the vertical career ladder but also explore opportunities horizontally. o Flexibility: Hybrid working conditions, allowing you to work 2 days/week from home + 20 days/year from abroad. o HQ: Amazing HQ in Barcelona built for a modern workforce, e.g. adjustable desks, areas to relax, modern meeting and Zoom rooms, balconies on each floor for short breaks and lunch hours, beautiful canteen with amazing food, huge, green events space, barista, etc. o Share plan: Opportunity to invest in the company and become part of its success. o Colleagues: Everyone they hire are genuinely good and hard working people, which makes the experience of working alongside each other incredible. o No micromanagement. You are the owner of your time and take responsibility for your own work.
Cons
There is not much negative to say about TravelPerk and any points mentioned here would also be entirely subjective, i.e. whilst hybrid working conditions are completely fair (and it's a pleasure to come to the office, by the way), it would be nice to have the opportunity to work from home full-time if one so wishes.
