We have an annual performance review for all employees to recognise performance and behaviour reflected through pay appraisals and promotions, where managers get together as a community during our Calibration process to ensure fairness and consistency.
Furthermore, we appreciate your feedback about mid-management and decision-making within the Sales Org. We aim to foster a collaborative environment where decisions are made collectively and every team member's input is valued.
We continuously review our communication and decision-making processes to address any shortcomings in this area, and our approach is to ensure that transparency is upheld throughout all aspects of our company.
