Where do I start? There is no accountability for this European Company with their U.S. employees. They literally have no idea about proper processes to employee success. There is no one to speak to about these improprieties as the entire leadership team is in Spain. There is also a constant feeling of imbalance because there the goal posts are constantly being adjusted in favor of the Company. Remember those teeny little things that start in a relationship, that you put aside as cute little quirks? These are giant red flags that are trying to save you the time with working for this company. Here is another tidbit, they have no human resources department in the United States. You heard that correctly. Zero. There is no room for advancement, and no path to promotion. Do not be lulled by the cute human interest stories on LinkedIn, with the pictures touting teamwork and togetherness. They shuttered an entre division overnight with no warning. The stories about the corporate culture is simply cultivated for investors. There is extremely limited inclusivity/diversity, which is another glaring issue. The leadership team has one person of color. Somehow the C-Suite people don't think it matters. It does. This is not a start-up that you need to include on your resume.
