Nice people, work life balance, they attempt to care about their people

Just a general lack of decisiveness from leadership. For example: are we doing an RTO mandate or not? Frustrating that local staff are being told they need to come in to office when the firm is actively posting jobs boasting “no RTO mandate” Pay is below market - though time off is more than other firms so in a way this balances out (sorta). Promotions lack clarity and take longer than they should (firm can’t afford to pay for it likely)
