I liked the customers they were usually old

It’s a husband and wife owner. I was hired as a host and told I can transition into waitress so I was trained. The first night I was told I was go to do a large group came in and I was excited for the tips. The wife came in and took the tips didn’t split it. Another girl was hired as a waitress and she just never came back I was started doing her shift and all the tips I got at one point was told to give to the wife and she would throw me a couple bucks. The husband tried to hit on me and if j would have let it happen I probably would have had the shifts and tips I wanted but I decided not to
