Pros
Perks philosophy allows employees to grow within the company based upon their desire to succeed and grow. There have been many examples of people who have wanted to do more and showed an ability to take on more responsibility. They have been promoted and rewarded appropriately. It is a pleasure to work for a company that truly cares for the employees.
Cons
It is in headquartered in Little Rock, which isn't exactly a hot-bed of technology companies, but the addition of some new offices will help off-set this con:)
