Pros

Great brands and great global culture Forward thinking Entrepreneurial company Great convivial events Good work life balance

Cons

CODI: no clear direction and no clear understanding on they want for the business ( short term thinking) no clear direction on people's role model and what do they expect to be delivered ( or at least skills and behaviors). - Lack of consistency on the decisions, making the team very lost and unsafe: just recently started firing people for different reasons just saying behavior, not only this but also firing I would say almost 99% of the women that came back from maternity leave since they have implemented 6 months leave ( I could remember of 6 but surely I forgot someone) , sometimes even firing people when they knew they were about to have babies . Communication is a mess: CODI members do not communicate well between themselves and even less with own team. Even when they talk with the team they have totally different directions on what to do depending of the CODI member you work with. -Talks about diversity but hire people with the same background and even coming from the same company. -Low RH power to protect internal processes and people.

- great people - inclusive friendly culture - flexible work environment

Cons

- the nature of the industry makes it difficult to have a complete set of data/insights. Need to work with missing pieces of the puzzle sometimes.
