Pros
Strong corporate identity, strong marketing campaigns and corporate communications, opportunities for lateral moves and to work internationally. Good Xmas parties and corporate events.
Cons
A lot of favouritism evident (to the point of being completely unfair at times) however if you are part of the 'club' a lot of doors can open. Expectation that work comes top of your list of priorities, even family engagements, very little flexible working, no home working allowed.
