Pros
Fantastic company with amazing brands and people. Operates with work-hard, play hard mentality in a very fun environment. Though the pay is below industry standards, I think the peace of mind and satisfaction you get from the job make up for it.
Cons
Long hours especially if you are working in Marketing. Expect late nights outtings in the name of field visits. Also pay is below industry standards.
