Pros
The people that the company employs are great people. The culture has a family feel and the company really takes care of their employees. Happy Hours are fun! If you are selected for training at their corporate University in France, it's a great experience. The company has great brands! You get a product allowance to enjoy them.
Cons
Generally: Knowing/speaking French will definitely get you further in your career within the company and provide more opportunity, as well as being in Finance or Marketing.
