Culture (convivial, team focus, yet performance driven), amazing brands with a premium positioning, potential for career development including international, training, competitive compensation and awesome benefits. Definitively, the best company I ever worked at.
Cons
Very intense, at times too many projects being managed at same time, sense of urgency for most projects. Some brands are being challenged in the marketplace and the company needs to bring successful innovations or acquisitions.
