Pros
Fun industry, top global brands and a modern office in the center of the city with good restaurants around. Global team is very professional and great to work with.
Cons
Work-Life balance is inexistent, CEO leads by example. Employees last an average of one year an a half until they can find a better company, rotation has been incredible in last two years (50% of the company left) since new management. A little or none empowerment to employees in taking any decision, really, any decision.
