Pros

During the 2.5 years I worked at the company, I had a lot of fun and felt a healthy sense of challenge from my work. It was great taking on new tasks and collaborating cross-functionally between departments. Here are a few of the other pros that others might appreciate: -The company has excellent health and employee benefits (insurance, 401k w/ employer matching, annual product allowance, mental health days, employee wellness programs, etc.) -I had great work colleagues and opportunities to socialize both in/outside of the work setting -Continued learning and education reimbursement programs -It is an interesting industry with plenty of opportunities to network and grow through corporate partnership programs, company interest groups, etc.

Cons

Despite PRUSA having its strengths, some weaknesses became evident the longer I was there. Even though diversity & inclusion were big pros when I started, I noticed the people in these communities weren't as supported as I had thought. Based on what I had heard from other colleagues in different departments, the following cons became more apparent: -Leadership was not always in touch with what's going on in every department/production site -It was difficult to maintain work/life balance (depending on your role/department) since the company is based around spirits & nightlife (e.g. evening/weekend events, holidays, restaurant/bar accounts, etc). -Some members of leadership weren't transparent about when to reach out to HR, and suggested we come to them with any interdepartmental issues that should have likely been mediated -Certain benefits, like mental wellness/bereavement days, were hard to use and weren't as accessible for all employees and it sometimes felt like a double standard to use them -Company was not always transparent about promoting from within or acknowledging skilled employees for their hard work (i.e. some internal hire interviews felt like an afterthought, some internal candidates were given an advantage over others, etc) -HR was not as active or easily accessible at all production sites, resulting in gray areas for employees and a lack of support when it came to certain questions/concerns
