First Scribe is dramatically more organized and advanced than most other digital agencies in the twin cities. While keeping the pressure low and engagement high, First Scribe is able to foster and train the entire team on the importance of excellence in deploying sites. We care very much about the end product and marketing of these sites, but we also are very customer eccentric and know the importance of impressive customer service. I also love the company is extremely ethical and gives back to the community. I love the fact they stock any beverage you want (within reason of course) and provide healthy snacks for free. It's a small benefit but one that makes me appreciate the fact the company really cares about me. Of course we have all the standard holidays, PTO, 401K and other benefits to be expected at a professional firm. Flex hours and work from home opportunities are greatly appreciated.
