Pros

The back biting, working here you really get to be good at it. Also deceit, this comes from the HR department and the EVP offices with their false and misleading promises, here you learn a lot about deceit. And don't forget birth rights. If your not born into or marry into or play tennis with the senior management you'll soon learn a lot about birth rights

Cons

Where do I start. Marine basic training is more pleasant and at the very least prepares you for life. But nothing in life will prepare you for the degrading experience of associating your self with these. The rating system doesn't allow negative stars, so look at this sentence then imagine a star about 1 foot to the left.

Pros

From the interview process through onboarding, everyone has been welcoming, professional, and supportive. The leadership team has demonstrated a clear commitment to customer experience, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration. I was particularly impressed by the emphasis placed on customer satisfaction, process improvement, and empowering teams to succeed. The role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting well-known brands such as Original Penguin and Callaway Golf Apparel while working alongside talented professionals across multiple departments. While I’m still new to the organization, I am optimistic about the future and excited to contribute to the continued growth and success of the business.

Cons

None that I can see.

Pros

Continue investing in training and onboarding resources, especially for new team members learning multiple systems and processes at once. Creating even more opportunities for cross-team communication and feedback could also help employees feel even more supported and connected as the company continues to grow. Overall, maintaining the positive culture and collaborative environment is what makes the experience stand out.

Cons

High-stress environment, low morale across teams, limited work-life balance, and leadership styles that can feel outdated, overly harsh, and intimidating. Communication and employee support often felt lacking, and the company culture felt more corporate than creative despite being in the fashion industry. Professional growth and mentorship opportunities also seemed limited depending on the department.
