From the interview process through onboarding, everyone has been welcoming, professional, and supportive. I was particularly impressed by the emphasis placed on customer satisfaction, process improvement, and empowering teams to succeed. The role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting well-known brands such as Original Penguin and Callaway Golf Apparel while working alongside talented professionals across multiple departments.
