No oversight. You are able to work for customer.

Cons

They don't seem to understand the business and can be embarrassing in how they treat customers like royalty. It makes us look like a joke.

Great senior leadership in the back office. Great benefits. Great back office support when you need it.

Cons

Onsite leadership lacks clarity on what is important or needed by the onsite teams.

Pros

Small business with very involved leadership. Pay is on par with other companies in the area. Insurance is good, they put into your 401k without employees having to contribute. Offers more leave than other places.

Cons

Growing rapidly, not sure what that will do to the small business feel.
