Pros

Work with some good people and have made a couple of really good friends since working at Perrys. Salary/Bonus are decent depending on the job role you take.

Cons

Personally I feel that the company is very far behind the times. This is largely due to it being run by old men in suits. The company has a reputation within to promote/hire their friends into management positions even when you know that person isnt capable/intelligent enough to take on that role. Then they wonder why some areas of the company are in a mess. The company also has a Contact Centre and there is too much in-fighting between them and the dealerships. To be honest, I dont think the managers higher up know how to truly stop it. Not much scope for a career path. If thats what you're looking for I would suggest finding a different company. You do not get much recognition for a job well done within the company but they are extremely quick at picking up when you have done something wrong.

Cons

Management is AWFUL. Everything is micromanaged you can’t do your job without management letting you do it. If you disagree with them they never take accountability. Expected to work out of hours often. Poor commission.
