made life long friends here, gained a lot of knowledge about the mental health field and working with kids wirg attachment issues. benefits are amazing

the work setting quickly got toxic but this seemed pretty specific to my unit. pay is super low for the work done. lot of people are not properly trained and you're put in situations that you are not prepared for. they expect a lot, without teaching you it first
