They trust me to deliver results, and that trust motivates me to perform at my best. At the same time, they are not afraid to correct me when needed and help me stay on the right path with professionalism and fairness. The company owner is also very generous and genuinely caring toward employees, which makes the workplace feel more personal and supportive.

Cons
