Pros
Lots of opportunity for progression CEO & Board have a clear vision Great people in central teams Company genuinely has a great proposition, and great systems in place to support staff and clients. Fantastic support with exams - the Perspective Academy is great and the head of the academy is incredibly supportive and knowledgable.
Cons
Not many cons as it is a really good progressive company, just lack of opportunities to meet colleagues or as people spread across the country and only annual event is the Christmas party but is divided into regions. Annual conference is for advisers and paraplanners only not central teams or administrators (Compliance, HR, Accounts, M&A, or others not included) which is a shame compared to other companies where there are more frequent events or open to more people. Just means you only meet your team once a year, and only if they form part of your region.
