      Pros

      At least the higher ups were able to cash out their retirement to put in their ESOP funds before selling. Disappointed and glad Perteet's name will be no more. Reporting to the SEC unless you want to come clean to your employees.

      Pros

      Perteet is a great company. Very ethical and really nice people - not a lot of egos to deal with. Everyone here cares about what they do. I really like the fact that the firm is 100% employee owned. People here work very hard and want to share in the success of the firm.

      Cons

      Tough to find a decent place for lunch in Everett, though this is getting better.
