We pride ourselves in ensuring new and existing staff have the support and training they need to carry out their roles effectively and as such become experienced at what they do. Our management team are provided with leadership and management training and often have a vast amount of previous relevant experience which is embedded within the values of the organisation. However, you make some serious allegations and the matters you raise were looked into at the time. We are robustly inspected by commissioners and regulators and are confident in the transparency and standard of our investigation processes.
CQC have repeated judged Perthyn to be GOOD in every area we operate.
We encourage staff to raise an appeal if they are not happy with the response to their concerns or complaints. They can also contact CQC and the Local Authority if they feel there is some form of misinformation as part of our complaint procedures.
