Pros
It has a great and cooperative working atmosphere. It's a beautiful campus with many new initiatives and ongoing facility improvements.
Cons
The town does not have much to offer. There are other small towns within 10-30 min drive. Lincoln & Omaha are the two closest good size cities at about 1 hour & 15 min away. Not bad if you like driving, but if you need options close by it could be difficult.
