Exposure to big projects amd clients. Some managers were really experienced. Good place to build connection and learn from them.
Cons
Office politics is quite strong, there were some who loves to spread rumors and their position is quite high, so quite hard to not let the rumors get to you. Some leader loves to sub their works under the pretense of "learning" without actually showing guides. If you are a pro at playing the office politic games, then you'll strive. If not, then you'll be stuck at the same position. Have to do club works, which is great if its only casual thingy, but it was not and needed to be perfect as per main jobscope.
