Pervacio Response
9yI’m extremely grateful that you took the time to post your opinions about Pervacio on Glassdoor. Both Glassdoor and Pervacio believe in total transparency and neither company would ever consider interfering with genuine comments. Glassdoor itself strives to create an open and honest forum in which employees can share views, both good and bad, and every post passes through Glassdoor’s stringent moderation process.
However, it’s perhaps inevitable that some observers might question the validity of the many extremely positive views expressed about Pervacio on this page – I have to say that we were equally bowled over by the enthusiasm and goodwill that current and former employees have included in their comments. Glowing though they may be, I can categorically state that not one of them is false and the only involvement our CEO has had with them is to read them with a degree of satisfaction that he is on the way to achieving his goal of making Pervacio an excellent company to work for and with. People are our greatest asset and it’s through the dedication and positive nature of these staff that we receive such good reviews.
At the same time, we do recognise that not everybody feels as positive about their time with Pervacio, so if you would like to share your experiences with us directly, I invite you to get in touch with our HR department, and we will do everything we can to address your concerns.
