Going from strength to strength - Anonymous employee Perx Employee Review

I joined Perx sometime in 2019 and have seen firsthand how this company has evolved across all departments and business units. 1. The management has become increasingly transparent while adopting a flatter organizational structure when they realized the previous approach was not working. The CEO has been faced with numerous difficult decisions due to disruptions from Covid but has always put the company and employees first when it comes to decision-making. 2. The platform has gone from having basic functionalities to having a whole host of features and being able to support thousands of requests per second without breaking a sweat. 3. Most of the current department heads are some of the most competent people I've ever worked with and current and future employees will be able to learn a great deal from them. 4. A lot of autonomy is given to employees and there is not much micromanaging done. There has definitely been a tremendous improvement over the last two years.
