Pros
Number one is the people and culture. In my almost 3 years of working with Pestban I've had the pleasure of working with some great people. Pestban has created and nurtured a culture you want to be a part of. You really do feel part of the team and family here. I believe this has largely contributed to the great success of the company. Pestban is always promoting from within. They are growing fast and there are continual opportunities for advancement within the company.
Cons
Not many if any to speak of. There is always something that could be considered a negative anywhere you work but Pestban does not except the status quo and ignore it. When there is something that needs to be addressed, modified, update or revised etc, for the betterment of the company, its employees and customers..... it gets put in motion.
