Monthly company meetings are complete BS - management tell you the company is going in one direction yet secretly management is doing the complete opposite so employees are completely blindsided. Leaders have no formal training and leave employees feeling unsettled. Management constantly tells employees how well the company is performing and profits, yet we are told at each yearly review they 'cannot afford pay rises'. Constantly told lies about the company expanding and our departments getting busier, but in reality the company instead makes substantial cuts and fires employees out of the blue
