I have been asked by many to share my experience and I don't even know where to start. The mood in the office is crushing, everyone puts on a fake smile when ELT are around. They have done so much witches hunting to see who is leaving bad reviews that people are just avoiding any discussions that could get them in trouble. Most are isolated but some have found support in others suffering. Upper management is incompetent, CEO has lost interest and left things in hand of big egos and self advancing execs. The company metrics have fallen for a couple of years but they keep it from most employees. They do anonymous engagement surveys but don't represent the data accurately, trust me I have been in those meetings. Most employees stay because of bad market conditions or visa issues. Many good people left as soon as they could. It's sad and it's an effort everyday i have to come to office to keep my exposure. Finding employees crying has been a constant in the past few years. If you are struggling don't go to People and culture. Find another team member you can trust and get professional help. Nothing is worth your health. If you have to stay, be quiet and agree quickly. Don't worry if you are asked to do the wrong thing. Don't worry about customers or the whether their latest idea will work. They will move on before you finish anyways. Good luck all. Keep strong.
