      Pros

      Generally very nice colleagues The founders care a lot and are very passionate about their work. 100% remote work Coaching and self development courses are possible if you take the initiative.

      Cons

      Leadership is disastrous. A lot of corners are being cut and quality is not prioritised. The customers suffer greatly from this. The flat hierarchy changed to top down. Feedback is not heard or taken onboard. Rules changed on an almost weekly basis causing me great stress and anxiety what was gonna happen next.
