It's a lean startup, so not a lot of the perks you would get at say, Google. Although no one's counting your hours (and maybe because no one is counting your hours), you can easily work long days and nights. The company has company-wide meetings on Sunday evenings and Wednesday evenings which can disrupt your schedule. This is because part of the team is in Bangalore.
