From a customer's point of view I would say this company does a very good job of pleasing the public. It tries to go out of it's way to do the very best for every customer so that they walk away with smile. They strive to make it as easy as possible to purchase and travel within all of the destinations that they provide service to.

As far as being employed by Peter Pan Bus Lines I personally do not think that their management is nearly as concerned about the happiness and well being of their employees as they are their customers. I worked for them for only 10 months after working for over 6 years for another bus company that they decided to buy out. In that short span of time I realized that the management and higher-ups of the company seemed to discriminate towards any employee that was different whether it be race, sexuality, gender, religion, or alternative lifestyle. I will not go into details but I will say this, there were many situations over that time where I saw other employees or myself included mistreated or overlooked simply do to the fact that we all did not possess the traits that they seemed to be looking for. As a result I would not recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a job unless they are white, with no sort of tattoos or piercings, clean cut, and willing to humble themselves and beg for advancement.
