Pros
They throw you into the fire and get you doing pretty much the same stuff as the other analysts. You can expect to get into the models, decks, and other stuff like updating comps and precedents. Lots of live mandates, not so much pitching. All the partners are great, and the analyst group is solid.
Cons
Long hours, but to be expected (They don't work you too hard). Mandatory Sundays (One protected per quarter)
