Our new F&B Director is amazing. He is a hands on manager, bussing tables, taking orders and smiles even after 12 h of work. He is a great motivator and helps every staff members.....It's all about team work for him and its great to know that your manager has your back.

AWFUL. The place argues with itself about what it even is. One owner is great, a family man with his act together watching the finances, and the other is a playboy lush who just harasses the staff all day to oversee his "vision." Everyone is too scared of losing their job to tell this owner he doesn't know what he is doing, and is running the place into the ground. He designed it as a place for him and his buddies to drink and openly do illegal drugs, and is not trying to make money. Many of the things they do are offensive, sexist, at times illegal, and if you don't like it, they just tell you "its not for everyone." They're right, that kind of company culture is not for "everyone," and certainly was not for me. If you want to be valued at an establishment that is respectable to work in, and to develop your talents, this is NOT the place.
