      International, huge complex company shuttles are carrying workers to the plants, like school lots of thinks to learn, prepares you to challenging business life. Wellknown company, generous salary, additional payments, life insurance, private health insurance, dental benefits, optic benefits etc, paid holidays, paid maternity leave etc, hospital clinic in site, well design S building.

      Not equal to employees, promoting is not easy and equal.

      Decent pay, good work and life balance, great benefits, provides housing for those who want to live closer to company site

      Cons

      Facilities are smelly (due to petrochemicals), company goals and strategies are changeable, shifting management, not so supportive R&D projects
