1. Manageable work pressure. 2. Many staffs are helpful when it comes to teaching beginners. 3. The company is liberal when it comes to handling responsibility to beginners. Which means you will learn fast if you show interest.

1. 12 hours of fixed working time everyday. Even if the workers leave early due to lack of work, you must stay for 12 hours for no reason. 2. Work on Sundays (at least 2 Sundays per months). 3. The company is facing issues finding projects. As such job security is an issue. 4. Severe delay in payment (by many months). 5. No respect for educated people. You are supposed to spend your entire time on site even when absolutely no work is going on. 6. Lack of well educated, considerate staff in high position.

Was one of best workplace to work with. I was lucky that I could got opportunity of almost 10 years to be part of one of the leading EPC company.

Unfortunately this organisation could not sustain the heat of competition and therefore I have to leave the organisation.
