Friendly customers, and getting to interact with people and their pet pets

I was only there three months and I was expected to take a delivery by myself with no manager, no training, etc. my fourth week of work. I had a fellow staff member say to my face that it was “ not my responsibility to train you” and when I was let go due to repeated mistakes I was verry disappointed as I had really high expectations for the job considering my interview process. I was promised Support and I did not receive that at all. I am neurodivergent I did not get any support despite voicing my concerns multiple times to my manager I was only trained by one person who was only assistant manager other colleagues quite literally just said it wasn’t their responsibility despite it very clearly being their responsibility to train me. Quite unsafe work conditions as well with no air con despite that being a heat wave in the UK and it being 31° in store with only a desk fan.
